These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bid baji ("we", "us", "the Platform", "bid baji") governing your access to and use of the bid baji website, mobile interface, betting services, casino games, and all related features available at bid-baji.com.

By completing account registration, making a deposit, or placing a wager on bid baji, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

bid baji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and post a notice on the bid baji homepage. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are interpreted under English law principles where applicable. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall prevail.

Access to and use of bid baji is strictly reserved for individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not explicitly prohibited for your personal use.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or for the benefit of, any other person — all wagering activity must be conducted in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of bid baji or any of its affiliated software or payment providers.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from bid baji or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion or operator-exclusion arrangement.

bid baji conducts age verification as part of the account registration process and again at the point of first withdrawal. If at any point we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, we will immediately suspend the account, freeze all funds, and conduct a full identity verification review. If the player is confirmed to be under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any net deposits returned after deducting any winnings generated during the underage period.

Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors under their care do not access online betting platforms. bid baji strongly recommends the use of parental control software for households where minors have access to internet-connected devices.

To access betting and casino services on bid baji, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account closure without notice.

One account per player: Each individual may hold exactly one registered bid baji account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, payment methods, or household connections — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts detected by our systems will be closed, and all balances across duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Account security obligations: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends or family members.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify bid baji support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

bid baji will never request your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any message claiming to be from bid baji and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

KYC verification: bid baji reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method — at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified in our verification request may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension pending review.

bid baji supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players based in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported)

Deposit rules: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your bid baji account in real time. Bank transfer deposits may take 1–3 business hours to clear depending on the initiating bank's processing schedule. bid baji does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

Withdrawal rules: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in real time upon approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day. bid baji does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard payment methods. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the bid baji account holder — third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.

Withdrawal conditions: Prior to processing any withdrawal, bid baji may require completion of KYC identity verification. Additionally, any active bonus funds must satisfy their stated wagering requirements before the associated real-money balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are clearly stated for each bonus in the Promotions section of the platform.

Currency: All transactions on bid baji are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Where international payment methods are used, currency conversion is handled at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction.

bid baji offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions aligned with BPL, IPL, Eid, and other Bangladeshi calendar events. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. Unless otherwise specified, bonuses are available to players aged 18 and above with a fully verified bid baji account.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment account. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds carry a stated wagering requirement (also referred to as a playthrough requirement), which must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are displayed clearly in the promotion description and in your account bonus panel. Standard wagering requirements on bid baji range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Game contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sportsbook bets contribute at a rate stated per promotion. Crash games contribute 50% unless otherwise specified.
• Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within the time period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as a result of bonus winnings is 5x the bonus amount. Winnings exceeding this cap will be removed at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Abuse and fraud: bid baji reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings from any player who is found to have exploited bonus offers in bad faith, including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or collusion with other players.

bid baji reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players via their registered email address.

All betting and gaming activity on bid baji is subject to the following general rules, in addition to any game-specific rules published within the individual game or market interfaces.

Sportsbook — Cricket and other markets: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. bid baji reserves the right to limit maximum stake sizes on any market at any time. In the event of a void or abandoned event (e.g., a BPL match that is abandoned due to weather after fewer than the minimum required overs), bets will be settled according to the specific void rules published for that competition type. These rules are accessible in the Sportsbook Help section of the platform.

Live betting: Live (in-play) bets placed on cricket, football, and other markets are accepted at our discretion. bid baji reserves the right to suspend live betting on any market at any time without notice, particularly during critical match events such as wickets falling, DRS reviews, or score confirmations. Any bets accepted after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined will be voided.

Live casino: All live dealer games on bid baji are governed by the rules of the individual game as displayed in the game interface. In the event of a technical failure during a live casino game, rounds will be settled according to the outcome recorded in the game provider's (Evolution Gaming / Ezugi) server logs, which serve as the authoritative record.

Slots and RNG games: All slot and RNG-based games use independently certified random number generation. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published in the game's help section. bid baji does not modify RTP settings for individual players or accounts.

Bet settlement: Bets are settled as soon as the official result of the relevant event is confirmed. bid baji uses official data feeds from recognized sports data providers for cricket settlement, including BPL and IPL results. In cases of dispute, the game or sports provider's records shall be considered final.

Errors and malfunctions: In the event of a manifest error in odds, game outcomes, or payout calculations — including cases where obviously incorrect odds were published due to a technical fault — bid baji reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the affected players. "Pay the wrong price" obligations do not apply to manifest errors.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bid baji. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent closure of their account. Where applicable, the matter may also be reported to relevant authorities.

• Fraud and deception: Using fraudulent payment methods, chargeback abuse, identity fraud, providing false KYC documents, or misrepresenting your identity or location in any way.
• Multiple accounts: Opening or operating more than one bid baji account for any reason, including to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent account restrictions.
• Bonus abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account strategies designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information to gain an unfair advantage in poker or live dealer games, or act in concert to exploit platform features.
• Money laundering: Using bid baji as a vehicle for laundering funds obtained through illegal activity. bid baji operates an anti-money-laundering (AML) compliance programme and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable regulations.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated system to place bets or interact with the platform without human oversight, unless explicitly authorized in writing by bid baji.
• Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to bid baji's systems, databases, or other players' accounts; introducing malware, viruses, or other disruptive code to the platform infrastructure.
• Abusive behavior: Directing threatening, abusive, discriminatory, or harassing communications at bid baji support staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the platform.

Voluntary closure: You may request the closure of your bid baji account at any time by contacting our support team via the in-account live chat. Upon receiving your closure request, bid baji will process any pending withdrawal of your real-money balance to your registered payment method and permanently close the account within 5 business days. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

Self-exclusion: If you wish to close your account as a responsible gaming measure, you may request self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming settings in your account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion closures take effect within 24 hours. Self-exclusion periods are available for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Operator-initiated suspension: bid baji reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to any account at any time, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The account holder is under 18 years of age.
• The account has been used in a manner that violates these Terms.
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected.
• A KYC verification request has not been responded to within the specified timeframe.
• The account is subject to a legal hold, law enforcement request, or regulatory inquiry.

Operator-initiated closure: bid baji reserves the right to permanently close any account at its absolute discretion where a serious breach of these Terms has been confirmed. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering, bid baji reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including real-money funds. In all other cases of operator-initiated closure, the real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after any applicable deductions.

Inactive accounts: An account is considered inactive if no login activity has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. bid baji will send a notification to the registered email address before applying any inactivity fee. An inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from inactive account balances after the initial 12-month inactive period. The balance will never be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in.
